Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. We cannot guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier issues.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note:

Customs & Import Duties: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs Delays: International shipments may experience delays at customs. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Address Requirements: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment/unit numbers and any required identification numbers for your country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your shipment using this number through the carrier's website.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers. Please provide a physical street address.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@midnightultras.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
For damaged items, please retain all original packaging and take photos of the damage for our records.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@midnightultras.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address.
